SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Submit original work that has not been previously published or simultaneously submitted to any other conference or journal.
  2. Ensure that the research presented in the paper complies with ethical standards and any necessary permissions or approvals have been obtained.
  3. Format: Please use Abstract and Article/ Full paper FormatĀ 
  4. Submit the abstract of (max = 400 words) summarizing the research objectives, methodology, main findings, and significance.
  5. Clearly state the track or subtrack that your paper aligns with
  6. Ensure that the paper is well-structured, logically organized, and clearly presents the research methodology, results, and conclusions.
  7. Include appropriate tables, figures, and references to support your findings.
  8. The length of the paper should adhere to the specified page limit (max = 8 pages) excluding references.
  9. Follow the specified submission deadline. Late submissions may not be accepted.
  10. Submitted papers will undergo a rigorous review process by experts in the field.
  11. The review will evaluate the quality, originality, significance, and adherence to the conference’s theme and track areas.
  12. Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the corresponding author via email within the specified timeline.

PEER REVIEW PROCESS

  1. Paper Submission: Authors submit their papers to the conference manager 
  2. Initial Screening: The submitted papers undergo an initial screening to ensure they meet the basic criteria set by the conference, such as relevance to the conference theme, adherence to formatting guidelines, and originality.
  3. Peer Review: The accepted papers are sent for peer review. Reviewers are assigned by the conference committee to evaluate the submitted papers. Reviewers assess the quality, validity, and significance of the research presented in the papers.
  4. Reviewer Feedback: Reviewers provide detailed feedback and comments on the strengths and weaknesses of the papers. Reviewers may suggest revisions, improvements, or clarifications to enhance the quality and clarity of the research.
  5. Author Revisions: Authors receive the reviewer feedback and are given a specific timeframe to make revisions to their papers and send the revised version the conference committee and reviewer.
  6. Plagiarism check is performed to the revised paper using TurnitinĀ®
  7. Final Decision: After plagiarism check, the reviewers reassess the revised versions to ensure that the requested changes have been appropriately addressed. Based on the reviewers’ feedback, the conference program committee or the organizing committee makes the final decision on whether to accept or reject the papers.
  8. Notification to Authors: Authors are informed about the acceptance or rejection of their papers.
